1. Scope
These terms of service apply to the use of the app “Freipass” (iOS and Android), provided by Christoph Bimmer, Germany.
2. Intended Use
Freipass is intended exclusively for harmless, social situations — such as planning surprises, preparing for conversations, or creative scenarios. Use is at your own responsibility.
3. Prohibited Use
Using the app for illegal purposes is expressly prohibited. This includes in particular: fraud, forgery, identity theft, stalking, or other criminal acts. In case of violation, we reserve the right to block access.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
Freipass offers free basic features as well as paid subscriptions (Pro, Ultra) and one-time purchases (add-ons). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiry. Cancellation is done through the respective app store. The payment terms of Google Play or Apple apply.
5. Intellectual Property
All content of the app (design, code, texts, graphics) is protected by copyright. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or redistributing the app or its components without express permission is prohibited.
6. Liability
AI-generated content (excuses, alibis, texts) is for entertainment purposes only. We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. Use is at your own risk.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability of the app and AI services. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or disruptions at third-party providers may lead to temporary limitations.
8. Termination
You can end use at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling your subscription. We may restrict or block access in case of violation of these terms.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms of service. We will inform about significant changes via app update. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
